The theme shows a very tranquil, green field. Every few minutes, some flower petals blow by the screen. It’s a very relaxing theme to have on your PS3, and the sound effects are the same piano key.

After the PS3 Firmware update v3.00, dynamic themes may be added to the Playstation screen, and here is a second Free PS3 dynamic theme based on the game Wipeout Fury.

Based on the latest Euro PSN update, 3 separate PS3 animated themes were added, which are: WipEout HD Dynamic Theme, MotorStorm Dynamic Theme and LittleBigPlanet ‘Sackboy on the run’ Dynamic Theme. The last two include a price next to them but the Wipeout one does not…meaning it is a Free Animated Theme.

It seems like it has been a really popular Sony month, with the new PS3 Slim being released, the updates, the themes, and it seems they continue to deliver more surprises here and there…we hope it is more stuff for free.
